Your mentor home base in MentorStack: see current mentees, meetings in the next 7 days, recent messages, and mentee goal progress so you stay proactive.
Your dashboard is your home base: a quick overview of your mentoring activity, your impact so far, and upcoming tasks. The best mentors are proactive, not reactive. A quick dashboard check takes 30 seconds and helps you spot things that need attention before they slip.
What You'll See
- Active Matches: How many mentees you're currently paired with
- Active Goals: The total number of goals your mentees are working toward
- Next Meeting: Your next scheduled session at a glance
- Action Items: Tasks flagged for follow-up, with priority levels
Below the stat cards, the Upcoming Meeting section shows your next session, My Matches lists your current mentees, and Open Action Items surfaces tasks that need your attention.
Staying on Track
The dashboard highlights items that need your attention:
- Meetings coming up that you should prepare for
- Open action items by priority (High, Medium, Low)
Tip
Check your dashboard at the start of each week to stay on top of your mentoring commitments. Mentees notice when their mentor is engaged and responsive. It sets the tone for the entire relationship.
