Program Applications
Grow the roster without writing the invite list
Publish one application link at app.mentorstack.co/apply/your-org. Prospective mentors and mentees apply on their own. You still review and decide on every one.
Program applications features
A public link you control
Applications are off until you turn them on, even on a paid plan. Choose to accept mentors, mentees, or both, then publish the link. Turn it off any time without losing a question or an application.
Your own questions
Name, email, and role applied for come standard. Add up to 20 questions of your own from the Form tab, choose a type, and remove any you don't need.
Every application reviewed by hand
Submissions land in Pending with every answer attached. Star one to flag it for a closer look. Nothing moves to Accepted or Declined until you move it.
Accept with an invitation, or accept and invite later
Accepting can send a real invitation immediately, through the same pipeline and the same seat and domain rules as an invite from the Members page. Or accept first and invite once cohort and seats are settled.
Decline with a private reason
The applicant gets one short email. The reason you note is for your own records. A declined application, or an accepted one you never invited, can go back to Pending until an invitation has actually been sent.
Spam protection built in
Per-email and per-IP rate limits sit in front of every submission, plus Turnstile when it is configured. Only one pending application is allowed per email address per organization.
The pilot ran on people you knew. The next cohort will not.
A hand-picked pilot roster works because everyone on it was invited by name. Scaling past the pilot means recruiting mentors and mentees you do not already know, and an admin cannot send individual invitations forever.
Program Applications gives your program a public link and gives you a queue to review it from. Applicants choose mentor, mentee, or both, answer your questions, and wait. You accept, decline, or come back to a decision later. Nothing joins the program automatically.
Available on Starter and above alongside bulk invitations. On Free Pilot, the Applications page shows an upgrade prompt in place of the review queue.
Publish the link. Keep the decision.
Start a Free Pilot with up to 10 participants. No credit card required.
Free for up to 10 participants. No credit card, no sales call. SSO on Growth and above. No SCIM needed at any tier.
