Mentees earn badges as they participate: Goal Setter, First Steps, Milestone Maker, Milestone Master, Goal Achiever, Growth Champion, Consistent Learner, Active Communicator, and Program Graduate. Badges not yet earned show a progress bar toward the next one, so there is always a next step visible.

A single chronological view that merges every meaningful moment: matches formed, meetings completed, goals set and achieved, milestones hit, and badges earned. Mentees can see the full arc of their development in one place.

A live summary of what a mentee has accomplished: goals set and completed, milestones completed, meetings attended and minutes logged, matches, and messages sent. Numbers that make the investment in development concrete.

Once a mentee has completed at least one goal, they can export a Growth Report as a PDF or plain text, a portable summary of their development journey, suitable for performance reviews, career conversations, or their own records.

Reflections written by mentors and peers, skills validated by endorsement and ranked by frequency, plus a branded portfolio PDF featuring the organization logo. Unlocks after completing a first match, a record that exists outside any single program.
