FAQ

How does the Free Pilot work?
The Free Pilot has no time limit. You can run a mentorship with up to 10 participants for as long as you need. It’s designed to let you prove value with a real cohort before committing budget.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you’ll get immediate access to the new tier’s features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Are there annual contracts?
Monthly plans have no long-term commitment. We also offer annual billing with 15% off. Get in touch for details.
What counts as a "participant"?
A participant is any active mentor or mentee participating in at least one mentorship. Admins do not count toward your bill.
How does per-participant billing work?
You’re billed monthly based on the number of active participants in your organization. If participants are deactivated mid-cycle, the next invoice adjusts automatically.
What AI features are included?
All plans include AI-generated meeting agendas, session summaries, and skill gap insights. Each participant gets their own credits: Free Pilot includes 8 AI credits per month; Starter gets 25, Growth gets 40, and Enterprise gets 50 (customizable). Credits reset monthly.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?
Credits reset on the first of each month and do not roll over. If a participant uses all their credits before the month resets, their AI features pause until renewal. The core program (matching, goals, sessions, messaging) continues without interruption. Need more credits? Contact us to discuss a higher-tier plan or a credit top-up.
