- How does the free pilot work?
- The Free Pilot has no time limit. You can run a mentorship with up to 10 users for as long as you need. It’s designed to let you prove value with a real cohort before committing budget.
- Can I switch plans at any time?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, you’ll get immediate access to the new tier’s features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Are there annual contracts?
- Monthly plans have no long-term commitment. We also offer annual billing with a 15% discount — contact our sales team for details.
- What counts as a "user"?
- A user is any active mentor or mentee participating in at least one mentorship. Admin users who are not participants do not count toward your bill.
- How does per-user billing work?
- You’re billed monthly based on the number of active users in your organization. If users are deactivated mid-cycle, the next invoice adjusts automatically.
- What AI features are included?
- Starter and above include AI-generated meeting agendas, session summaries, skill gap insights, and engagement alerts. These features help mentors and admins stay informed without manual effort.
- Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
