Bulk Invite

Invite your roster 500 people at a time

Admins can invite a whole mentor and mentee roster by pasting emails or uploading a CSV file. One batch holds up to 500 entries.

How bulk invite works

Paste or upload

Paste email addresses into the box, or upload a .csv file. Put one person on each line.

A role on each line

Add a role after the email: MENTOR, MENTEE, BOTH or ADMIN. A line with no role is added as a mentee.

Header row and duplicates handled

A first row that starts with "email" is skipped as a header. Repeated addresses in the same batch are sent once.

A result summary

After the send, the dialog shows how many invitations went out and how many were skipped. Rejected addresses are listed with a reason, such as an email domain the organization does not allow.

Seats are checked

Each invitation reserves a seat, so a batch cannot take an organization past its seat count.

Follow-up tools

Admins can resend an invitation, which issues a new link and a fresh seven-day expiry, or send a reminder that keeps the existing expiry. Invitations can also be revoked.

Where bulk invite fits

Adding people one at a time is the first thing that slows a growing pilot. Bulk invite lets an admin bring a department or a full cohort into the program in one pass, then move on to matching.

Bulk invite sends access invitations. It is separate from importing historical program records, which has its own guide in the help center.

Common questions

How many people can I invite at once with bulk invite?
One bulk invite batch holds up to 500 entries. An admin pastes email addresses into the box or uploads a CSV file, with one person on each line. After the send, a dialog shows how many invitations went out, how many were skipped, and the reason for each rejected address.
How do I set a role for each person in a bulk invite?
Add a role after the email on each line: MENTOR, MENTEE, BOTH or ADMIN. A line with no role is added as a mentee. A first row that starts with "email" is skipped as a header, and repeated addresses in the same batch are sent only once.
Can a bulk invite take my organization past its seat count?
A batch cannot take an organization past its seat count, because each invitation reserves a seat when it is sent. Addresses on an email domain the organization does not allow are rejected and listed with a reason in the result summary, so the admin can fix them and send again.
What can an admin do after sending invitations?
Admins can resend an invitation, which issues a new link and a fresh seven-day expiry, or send a reminder that keeps the existing expiry. Invitations can also be revoked. Bulk invite sends access invitations only, and it is separate from importing historical program records.
