This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of the MentorStack platform and services provided by MentorStack Inc. (“MentorStack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
MentorStack is built to make mentorship programs more effective, equitable, and measurable. This AUP describes behaviors that are inconsistent with that purpose. By using MentorStack, all users — including organization administrators, mentors, and mentees — agree to comply with this policy.

- Ensure that user accounts are deactivated promptly when an individual leaves the organization or is no longer authorized to use the platform
3. AI-Powered Features
MentorStack uses AI to generate session summaries, meeting preparation materials, skill suggestions, and engagement insights. When using AI-powered features, you agree not to:
- Attempt to manipulate AI outputs to produce harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content (commonly known as “prompt injection”)
- Use AI-generated content as a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise)
- Rely on AI-generated match recommendations, summaries, or assessments without appropriate human review
AI-generated content is provided as a tool to support mentorship conversations — it is not a decision-making system. Final decisions about matching, goals, and program outcomes should always involve human judgment.

MentorStack will generally provide notice before taking action, except where the violation poses an immediate risk to security, privacy, or the integrity of the platform.
5. Reporting Violations
If you believe a user or organization is violating this AUP, please report it to us at support@mentorstack.co with a description of the suspected violation and any relevant evidence. We take all reports seriously and will investigate in good faith. We will not retaliate against users who make good-faith reports.
