Mentors deserve to see their impact

Mentors see a chronological feed of automatically recognized moments, including first session completed, mentee goal achieved, mentee milestone hit, match completed, mentee reflection written, monthly consistency streak, and match accepted. Some moments receive an AI-written narrative to give them meaning beyond a timestamp.

A live summary of everything a mentor has contributed: unique mentees helped, active and completed matches, goals completed, milestones completed, meetings logged, and mentoring hours. Numbers that tell the real story.

For each active match, mentors see their mentee's stated aspiration, the growth-area skills the mentee is developing, and the goals they're currently working toward, all in one place, so preparation takes minutes instead of guesswork.

When a match goes quiet, no meeting, message, or goal update for your organization's inactivity window, 14 days by default, both mentor and mentee get an in-app nudge to reconnect, with push or Slack/Teams delivery if enabled.

Skills validated through mentee reflections and peer endorsements build into a persistent mentor portfolio. Mentors can export a PDF of their portfolio at any time, a record of their mentoring work that travels with them.
