AI Copilot Features

MentorStack includes a set of AI-powered features that help mentors prepare for sessions, capture what was discussed, and surface insights for program admins. These features use AI credits — a usage-based allowance included with your plan.

Pre-session agendas (mentors)

Before a scheduled meeting, MentorStack can generate a suggested agenda based on the mentee's active goals, recent progress, and any action items from previous sessions.

To generate an agenda:

1. Open the meeting from your Meetings page
2. Click Generate agenda
3. Review and edit the suggestion before your session

The agenda is private to you until you choose to share it with your mentee.

Post-session summaries (both participants)

After marking a meeting as completed, either participant can generate an AI summary of the session notes.

1. Open the completed meeting
2. Add or review session notes
3. Click Generate summary
4. Both participants will see the summary in the meeting recap

Summaries are based on the session notes you entered — MentorStack does not record or transcribe calls.

Goal suggestions (mentees)

When a mentee is setting goals, MentorStack can suggest relevant goals based on their profile, skills, and aspirations.

1. Go to Goals → New goal
2. Click Suggest goals
3. Select or customize suggestions

Goal suggestions work best when the mentee's profile includes at least 3 skills and at least one aspiration.

Engagement alerts (admins)

MentorStack monitors match activity and flags pairs that may need attention:

• No meetings scheduled in the last 30 days
• Messages not exchanged in 2+ weeks
• Goals not updated recently

At-risk matches appear on your Admin Dashboard with an activity health indicator. You can send a nudge directly from the dashboard to prompt the pair to re-engage.

AI credits

Each AI operation (agenda, summary, goal suggestion) consumes one AI credit. Your plan's monthly credit allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle.

When credits are exhausted, AI features are temporarily unavailable until the next billing cycle. Admins can see current credit usage in Settings → Billing → AI usage.

Feedback generation (mentors)

Mentors can request AI-generated feedback drafts to share with their mentees after a session. These are suggestions only — review and personalize before sending.

From a completed meeting, click Draft feedback to generate a starting point based on session notes and goal progress.
