Organization Settings
How to configure your organization's settings and preferences
The choices you make in Settings shape how participants experience your program day-to-day. A few minutes of thoughtful configuration here (choosing the right matching mode, enabling the right reminders) can meaningfully improve engagement and reduce the admin work you do later.

General Settings
- Organization name: Your organization's display name
- Slug: The URL-friendly identifier used in your org's links
- Logo: Upload your organization's logo for branding
Program Settings
Configure how your mentorship program operates:
- Matching mode: Choose how matches are created in your program. Admin-guided gives you full control over pairing quality — ideal for smaller or high-stakes programs. Self-service lets mentees browse and request mentors themselves, reducing admin overhead for larger programs. Platform-suggested has MentorStack surface recommendations to mentees while still letting you approve or reject matches.
- Meeting reminders: Enable automatic email reminders before scheduled meetings. This is one of the simplest ways to improve meeting attendance. Most no-shows are forgetfulness, not disinterest. Keep this enabled unless you have a specific reason not to.
- Goal tracking: Enable or disable the goals feature. Goal tracking gives mentees a clear reason to prepare for meetings and gives you measurable outcomes to report on. Disabling it is only recommended for informal or social mentoring programs where structured objectives would feel out of place.
Billing
View your current plan, manage your subscription, and update payment methods. Available plans:
- Free Pilot: Up to 10 users, basic features for running a proof-of-concept
- Starter: Full-scale programs with AI insights, Slack/Teams integration, and all matching formats
- Growth: Advanced features including MCP server, SSO/SAML, HRIS integration, and DEI metrics
- Enterprise: Custom integrations, dedicated support, and priority SLA
Note
Changing your plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades will remove access to premium features at the end of the current billing period.
Danger Zone
At the bottom of settings, you'll find options to:
- Transfer ownership: Hand admin rights to another member
- Delete organization: Permanently remove the org and all data
Warning
Deleting an organization is permanent and cannot be undone. Export your data first if you need to keep records.
