How to configure your organization's settings and preferences

Organization Settings

The Settings page is where you configure your organization's profile, plan, and program preferences.

General Settings

  • Organization name — Your organization's display name
  • Slug — The URL-friendly identifier used in your org's links
  • Logo — Upload your organization's logo for branding

Program Settings

Configure how your mentorship program operates:

  • Matching mode — Admin-only or self-matching
  • Meeting reminders — Enable automatic email reminders before scheduled meetings
  • Goal tracking — Enable or disable the goals feature

Billing

View your current plan, manage your subscription, and update payment methods. Available plans:

  • Free — Basic features for small programs
  • Pro — Advanced analytics, reports, and cohort management
  • Enterprise — Custom integrations, SSO, and priority support

Note

Changing your plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades will remove access to premium features at the end of the current billing period.

Danger Zone

At the bottom of settings, you'll find options to:

  • Transfer ownership — Hand admin rights to another member
  • Delete organization — Permanently remove the org and all data

Warning

Deleting an organization is permanent and cannot be undone. Export your data first if you need to keep records.
