What the Copilot is not

The AI Copilot is not a chatbot, not a replacement for the mentor, and not something participants need to interact with directly. It runs in the background and surfaces information at the right moment: before a session, after a session, or when something needs admin attention.

Participants can choose to ignore prep briefs and summaries entirely. The mentoring relationship stays human. The AI handles the parts that were previously friction: scheduling context and note-taking.
