Getting Started with MentorStack
New to MentorStack? See how admins, mentors, and mentees get set up: invite members, create matches, schedule meetings, set goals, and track progress and ROI.
Welcome to MentorStack, the platform that turns mentorship from a well-intentioned idea into a structured program that develops people and delivers measurable results.
Great mentorship programs don't happen by accident. They need the right structure, consistent follow-through, and visibility into what's working. MentorStack provides all three, so you can focus on what matters: the relationships themselves.
Whether you're an admin setting up a new program, a mentor guiding others, or a mentee looking to grow, this guide will help you get oriented.
Your Role in MentorStack
MentorStack has three roles, each with their own dashboard and tools:
- Admins manage the organization: inviting members, creating matches, configuring settings, and tracking program health through analytics. Start at the Admin Dashboard.
- Mentors work directly with mentees: scheduling meetings, exchanging messages, and supporting goal progress. Start at the Mentor Dashboard.
- Mentees drive their own growth: setting goals, attending meetings, and tracking progress over time. Start at the Mentee Dashboard.
First Steps
