The admin dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of your mentorship program's health and activity.

Key Metrics

At the top of the dashboard, you'll see summary cards showing:

• Total members — Active mentors and mentees in your organization
• Active matches — Currently paired mentor-mentee relationships
• Meetings this month — How many meetings have been scheduled or completed
• Goal completion rate — Percentage of mentee goals marked as completed

Health Scorecard

The health scorecard provides a quick assessment of your program across key dimensions like engagement, meeting frequency, and goal progress. Each dimension is rated to help you spot areas that need attention.

Activity Feed

The activity feed shows recent events across your program — new members joining, matches created, meetings completed, and goals achieved. Use it to stay informed without checking each section individually.
