Portfolio & Badges
Your goals, meetings, skills, reflections and badges in one record you can export
Your Portfolio is the running record of your growth as a mentee: goals completed, meetings attended, hours invested, skills your mentor has validated, and badges earned along the way. It is one page and one export.
Finding your Portfolio
Click Portfolio in the left navigation.
Growth summary
The summary cards show totals across all your mentoring relationships:
- Goals completed: goals you have marked as done
- Milestones achieved: individual milestones checked off within goals
- Meetings attended: sessions marked as completed
- Mentoring hours: sum of all meeting durations
These totals update automatically as you progress. They are also visible to your mentors and, in aggregate, to your program admin.
Skills
Skills your mentor has validated in a reflection or an assessment appear here, with a chart of how your levels have moved over time.
Badges
MentorStack awards nine badges automatically as you make progress:

Badges appear on your Portfolio and in your PDF export. They are a lighthearted signal of engagement, not a performance metric.
Timeline
One list, newest first. It shows goals created and completed, milestones reached, meetings completed, matches started, badges earned, and the reflections you have written yourself.
Your reflections
Reflections you write are collected under Your Reflections, below the timeline.
Your Portfolio only ever shows reflections you wrote yourself. Reflections your mentor writes about you stay private to your mentor: they do not appear on your Portfolio and they are not shown to your program admin.
Exporting your Portfolio
Click Export PDF at the top right, any time, to download your Portfolio, badges included. Useful for performance reviews, portfolio building, or keeping a personal record of your development.
Share card beside it downloads a single PNG image of your headline numbers, sized for a post or a slide. It needs at least one completed goal.
