What do the plans cost and include?
Prices are in US dollars, per participant per month. Annual billing is 15% lower than month to month. AI credits form one shared monthly pool for the organization. Self-serve checkout covers up to 1,000 seats on Starter and Growth. Larger organizations go through sales.

How does MentorStack match people?
Matching scores skills, goals, seniority and availability on every plan. Growth and above add a fifth dimension, cross-functional department diversity, when the organization turns it on. Matching is not random assignment.
Which privacy law applies?
MentorStack Inc. is a Canadian company. PIPEDA is the primary privacy law. Data handling is also built to respect GDPR, and a data processing agreement is available. See the security page.
What MentorStack is not
- No demographic matching. Matching does not use gender, ethnicity or other demographic data.
- No customer logos, customer names or case studies. MentorStack lists none.
- No automatic pair replacement. The product flags matches that go quiet and an admin can send a nudge. It does not replace a participant or create a new match by itself.
- No SCIM provisioning.
