How much does MentorStack cost for my program?
MentorStack counts active participants, meaning mentors and mentees. Admin-only accounts do not count. Totals below are the plan price times your participant count.

Does per-participant pricing cost more as a program grows?
Yes, a per-participant price rises with every person you add. A flat band can cost less per person at larger sizes, and it can cost more at small sizes. Compare vendors at the participant count you expect in 12 months, not at your pilot size.
What else adds to the cost?
- Included services. Ask whether implementation, training and support are in the price.
- Plan gates. Ask which plan unlocks reporting, single sign-on and HR system sync.
- Your own time. A tool that needs a weekly admin session costs program-owner hours.
- Participant definition. Ask whether admins, inactive users and past participants count.
How do you compare two quotes?
- Write down your expected participants for the next 12 months.
- Convert each quote to a yearly total at that number.
- List what each total includes: support, reporting, sign-in, integrations.

- Annual billing takes 15% off the monthly rate on paid plans. Starter drops from $12 to $10.20 per active participant per month, and Growth drops from $20 to $17. Monthly billing has no long-term commitment, and annual billing is optional, so a team can start monthly and switch later.
- What counts as a participant for billing?
- A participant is any active mentor or mentee in at least one mentorship. Admin-only accounts do not count toward the bill. You pay per active participant per month, and people you deactivate stop counting when the next invoice adjusts. The Free Pilot covers up to 10 participants at no cost.
