Assumptions and formula
Software seats = participants x price per seat per month x 12. The price per seat is $12 (Starter) or $20 (Growth) per month, or $10.20 and $17 per month when billed annually. The Free Pilot costs $0.
Program owner time = hours per week x 52 x cost per hour. Every other line is the number you typed. Total = software seats + program owner time + the other lines. Cost per participant = total / participants.
The calculator uses no benchmark or industry figures. Enterprise pricing is custom and is not included. Taxes and one-time launch costs are not included.
Which costs does a mentoring program budget include?
